Rajagiri College of Management and Applied Sciences strives to create an environment where all gender identities are protected without any sort of prejudices or discrimination. The Gender Equity Club envisages developing our students into gender champions and leaders to promote gender expressions and equal opportunities for everyone. Personal enlightenment and critical thinking to inculcate gender values through various programs, workshops and activities has been a focal point of the club to develop the idea of gender freedom, gender justice and gender equality.

The club, as its name denotes, strives towards unity and strength among all its students and envisages a campus without bias towards any gender. The aims and objectives are:

- To establish a support system and space for self-expression and gender freedom.
- Envisions to instill a clear and open mind in students on gender equity
- Endeavors to fight against cultural-social constraints and discrimination
- Aims for a future without any gender restrictions or gender expectations.
