Urja-The Energy of Innovation : IT GAME(offline)

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and comply with the game schedules.
  • Participation is limited to teams of two. If a team member is absent, it will result in the disqualification of the team.
  • Participants are required to bring a recent Android smartphone with internet connectivity. However, phones may only be used if the rounds require it or if permitted by the members of the organizing committee.
  • Participants must use the allocated computers only, in all rounds.
  • Participants should possess programming knowledge in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or PHP.
  • Participants are expected to maintain proper conduct and decorum throughout the event.
  • Participants must strictly follow the instructions given by volunteers.
  • The decision of the judges is final and not subject to debate.

Adya-The Primal Leader : BEST MANAGER(offline)

  • This is an individual game.
  • Contestants are expected to report to the venue before 10 AM.
  • Online registration of those contestants who fail to report before 10 AM will be counted as invalid.
  • Contestants are required to meet a minimum fitness level, as certain rounds involve physical challenges.
  • Contestants are required to bring a pen, a laptop, a pen drive and a Smartphone with active internet connection.
  • All Contestants must bring electronic and hard copies of their resumes.
  • There is no limit to the number of participants from a college.            
  • Any kind of malpractice will lead to disqualification.
  • Decisions of the judges and coordinators will be final.

  • Students of both UG and PG streams can participate.
  • Each team should consist of 2 members from the same college.
  • Any number of teams can participate from a college.
  • The participants should produce their college IDs as and when requested.
  • Any disputes regarding the game rounds will be left to the discretion of the coordinators.
  • Quiz masters’ decisions will be final.
  • Participants should not make use of any electronic gadgets for the event.
  • Students are requested to bring the necessary writing materials.
  • Game rules and guidelines will be disclosed only on the spot.
  • Any kind of malpractice or misbehavior will lead to disqualification.

  • There is no limit to the number of teams from a college.
  • Participants must carry and present their valid college ID cards.

  • Participants are required to bring a pen, a laptop, a pendrive, and a smartphone with active internet connection.
  • Rules of each round will be intimated prior to respective rounds and must be followed.
  • Any kind of malpractice and fraudulent behavior will lead to disqualification.

Chakravyuh-The Strategy Circle : IPL AUCTION(offline)

  • Each team consists of 4 members
  • There will be three rounds in this event.
  • The 1st round- Quiz Round, 2nd Round- Arrange The Tables Round, and 3rd Round – Auction Round.
  • The first 2 rounds are the preliminary rounds.
  • Usage of electronic gadgets is Limited.
  • The top 6 teams qualifying in the preliminary rounds will compete in the Final Auction.
  • The rules for the final auction round will be given to the teams qualifying for the final round.
  • The participants should maintain proper discipline.
  • The decision of the Game Coordinators is final.
  • The rules and regulations are to be strictly followed.
  • If the participants do not follow the rules or resort to misbehavior, they will be disqualified.
  • Indulgence in any malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.

  • The HR game is a team event.
  • Each team should consist of 4 members from the same college
  • The event is open to UG and PG students of any stream.
  • Rules of each round will be intimated prior to the respective round.
  • There can be any number of teams from the same college.
  • Teams are expected to bring minimum 1 laptop and netsetter.
  • Any misbehaviour will lead to disqualification of the team from the event.
  • Decision of the judges will be final.

  • Electronic devices shall be used only when specified.
  • The participants must mention their name and college before the start of the event.
  • Clarifications/additional information if any, will be made prior to each round with the contestant concerned.
  • Failure to complete a given task within the specified time will lead to disqualification.
  • Any kind of malpractice will also lead to immediate disqualification.

  • The event is open to both PG and UG students of any stream.

  • Participants are required to bring their laptops and a USB. Please ensure stable internet connectivity throughout the event.
  • Usage of mobile phones is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise specified for certain rounds.
  • Failure to complete a given task within the specified time and any kind of malpractices will lead to disqualification.
  • Rules of each round will be intimated prior to respective rounds.
  • All decisions made by the judges and coordinators will be final.

Dhwani-The Sound of Creation : ANIMATION GAME (online)

  • Valorant (Online)
  • One team consists of two participants.
  • Single elimination, team deathmatch is the game.
  • The team that scores the highest points before the time runs out wins.
  • In case of a draw, there will be a rematch.
  • Duration of the match is around 10 mins.
  • All agents and weapons are allowed to be used.
  • Students from both PG and UG streams can take part.
  • Prelims and finals are conducted day before Inceptra and final round video will be played on the event.
  • All players should compete with a sportive and fair attitude.
  • Participants are expected to be respectful to other contestants, and towards the organisers.
  • All team members must join the valorant participant whatsapp group.

Vichika-Ripples of Words : LANGUAGE GAME(offline)

  • This is a group event open to both PG and UG students.
  • Each team should consist of 3 members from the same college.
  • Only one member should register for the whole team.
  • Once registered, team reorganization is not allowed.
  • Any number of students can participate in this event from a college.
  • English or Malayalam may be the medium of communication.
    • College ID or an authorization letter should be in possession with the participant on the day of the event.
  • Game instructions and other relevant information shall be communicated to the participants via registered mobile number/email ID.
  • The participants should abide by the rules and regulations of the game. Any sort of plagiarism or malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Use of electronic gadgets (mobile phones/laptops/smartwatches etc.) during the course of the game is strictly prohibited. Teams found to do the same will be disqualified with immediate effect.
    • Clarification/Additional information if any, will be made prior to each round with the concerned contestant.
    • The decision of the judges and event coordinators will be final and binding.

Jalvihar-The Rhythm of Motion : GROUP DANCE(offline)

  • Participation is open to UG and PG students of all streams.
  • A team shall comprise of a minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 members.
  • Only the first 10 teams to register will be considered for the competition.
  • The participants can perform any dance form namely classical, semi-classical, free style, cinematic, hip hop, contemporary and other styles for the event.
  • The teams can perform on any theme of their choice.
  • Participants are allowed to include properties as a part of the choreography if they wish so.
  • The duration of the dance is 6 to 8 minutes (including stage setting).
  • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marks.
  • Vulgarity and insensitive handling of contentious issues will result in disqualification.
  • Judgment will be based on choreography, expression, creativity and innovation, use of stage, costumes and overall performance.
  • The judge’s decision is final and binding.
  • The college cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the participants’ personal belongings.

Samsrishti-The Walk of Elegance : FASHION SHOW

Theme: Life in Full Spectrum– A kaleidoscope of colors and patterns reflecting the diverse rhythms of life, power, and celebration.

  • It is a team event. A team can have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 members.
  • Time limit for every team will be 15 minutes; 12 minutes for the ramp walk (including stage setup and performance) and 3 minutes for question answer session.
  • Exceeding the  time limit will lead to negative marking.
  • The theme for the event is “Life in Full Spectrum– A kaleidoscope of colors and patterns reflecting the diverse rhythms  of life, power, and celebration.”
  •  Incorporate bold and vibrant colors, unique patterns, and creative textures symbolizing the diversity of life. Designs can reflect different cultures and traditions while showcasing diverse rhythms of life, power and celebration.
  • Background narration and background visuals are allowed.
  • Background music and visuals must be submitted in Google Drive prior to the event.
  • Participants are expected to arrive in their respective costumes.
  • Any form of vulgarity or obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.
  • Use of hazardous materials, cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited.
  • Teams will be judged on theme, costume, walk, posture, attitude and performance in Q&A session.
  • Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Samudra-The Vast Queen : TREASURE HUNT(offline)

  • This is a team event. Students from both UG and PG can participate.
  • Each team should have 4 participants.
  • A maximum of 30 teams only will be provided registration for this event. Teams will be selected on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
  • Participants are expected to carry their college ID card or authorization letter from their respective colleges.
  •  Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited unless specified for certain rounds.
  • Participants must report to the respective venues on time. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification of the team.
  • Rules and regulations of specific rounds shall be disclosed on the spot.
  • The participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum throughout the event. Any kind of malpractice or misbehaviour shall lead to disqualification of the team.
  • The committee has the full authority to alter or cancel the proposed schedule if necessary. The decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.

  • Clarifications or additional information, if any,will be made prior to each round with the concerned contestant.

Vritta-The Circle of Stages : SPOT GAMES

  • The spot games are exclusively open to the registered students of participating colleges.
  • Participants must carry their college ID or a letter of approval from their college.
  • Participants must register on-site at the designated desk before the game begins.
  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the number of participants may be limited.
  • Some games may have limits on participants or teams, and organizers may change numbers to ensure fair play and manage time well.
  • Prizes will be announced at the end of the game, and winners must collect them immediately.
  • Participants are responsible for their own health and fitness, but basic first-aid will be provided, and any injuries or illnesses should be reported to the organizers.
  • The organizers’ decisions are final and binding, and no disputes will be entertained after the decisions are made.
  • Participants must show respect and good sportsmanship, as cheating, disruptive behavior, rule violations, or not following instructions will result in disqualification.
