National Cyber Security Awareness Month to Educate and Promote Digital Hygiene and Cyber Security.

The BeSafe:WeSafe campaign, spearheaded by the Department of Computer Science at Rajagiri College of Management & Applied Sciences in collaboration with the District Administration Ernakulam, is an ambitious initiative under the National Cyber Security Month Celebration. The campaign is designed to educate and raise awareness about digital hygiene and cybersecurity across various segments of society, specifically targeting 5,000 students and members of the general public, including Kudumbasree members, local panchayat bodies, and other community representatives.

The campaign’s primary goal is to equip participants with essential knowledge and tools to stay safe in an increasingly digital world. Through a series of interactive programs, workshops, quizzes, and creative competitions, the campaign emphasizes the importance of secure online practices, responsible digital behavior, and the need to protect personal and professional information.

By focusing on both educational institutions and the general public, the BeSafe:WeSafe campaign seeks to build a digitally aware and secure community, fostering a culture of cybersecurity that can have a lasting impact on local society.
