Description:

Phyllanthus emblica, also known as Indian gooseberry or amla, is a small tree with greenish-yellow fruits that are rich in vitamin C and commonly used in cooking and traditional medicine.

Habitat:Deciduous tree.

Distribution: Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, SE Asia, China. 

Uses: Phyllanthus emblica,  is used in traditional medicine for its antioxidant properties and is also consumed in various forms for its health benefits, such as improving digestion and boosting immunity.
